Contains shellfish (oyster extract). Do not use if you have a shellfish allergy. Contains orchic substance, a bovine glandular ingredient, so this product is not vegetarian or vegan.

Contains 50mg of zinc per serving, which exceeds the 40mg tolerable upper intake level for adults. Prolonged high zinc intake can cause copper deficiency, anemia, and neurological effects. Do not take alongside other zinc supplements or a multivitamin containing zinc, and do not use continuously for extended periods without talking to your healthcare provider.

Contains licorice extract, which can raise blood pressure and lower potassium. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or kidney disease, or take diuretics or corticosteroids.
