Suggested Use

Take two capsules daily with water, preferably in the morning with a meal.

Caution

Ginkgo biloba can increase bleeding risk. Do not use if you take blood thinners, aspirin, or NSAIDs, and stop use at least two weeks before any scheduled surgery or dental procedure. Ginkgo may interact with seizure medication and antidepressants. Panax ginseng may affect blood sugar and blood pressure, so talk to your provider first if you take medication for diabetes or hypertension. Not for use by anyone who is pregnant or nursing, or under 18. Keep out of reach of children.
