Suggested Use

Take two capsules daily, or 30 to 60 minutes before training.

Caution

Do not use if you take nitrates, erectile dysfunction medication, or blood pressure medication. Nitric oxide precursors can compound the blood pressure lowering effect of those drugs. Stop use at least two weeks before scheduled surgery.
