Suggested Use

Take two capsules daily with a full glass of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day while using this product.

Contains aloe ferox leaf, a stimulant laxative. Do not use for more than one to two weeks. Prolonged use can cause dependence, abdominal cramping, and loss of fluids and electrolytes. Discontinue and consult a healthcare provider if you experience diarrhea, cramping, or rectal bleeding, or if you do not have a bowel movement after use. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, intestinal obstruction, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or hemorrhoids, or if you are pregnant or nursing.

Contains psyllium. Take with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.
